Service Terms
Our Classified Service is subject to a 10% service fee, calculated on the total transaction value up to R10,000. Thereafter 5% transaction fees will apply. To avoid any misunderstandings, both buyers and sellers should ensure that this fee is factored into the final agreed selling price before the transaction is initiated.
Cooling-Off Period
Buyers may select a cooling-off period before funds are released to the seller. During this time, the buyer has the opportunity to inspect the goods received and confirm that they meet the agreed expectations.
Please ensure that sellers are aware of this process, as funds can only be released once the buyer confirms satisfactory receipt of the goods.
Returns and Shipping
Our classified Service does not arrange returns, collections, or courier services for private transactions. In the event of a dispute, buyers and sellers are responsible for resolving return logistics and any associated costs in accordance with the terms they agreed upon before the sale.
Our role is solely to facilitate the secure holding and release of funds, ensuring a safe transaction process for both parties. Funds are released only when the transaction reaches a mutually satisfactory conclusion.
